La Roche-Posay Review/ ラ　ロッシュ　ポゼのレビュー

I've been using the La Roche-Posay for a while now and I have to say, I really like it :)
I've finished using the trial kit I bought (see my old post) and I got the sample kit in the mail today!

The Effaclar trial kit has a lot more product inside but it's pretty much the same as the sample kit. I would definately recommend going to the website first:

I think you can get most out of it with the sample kit so definately buy that first!

PRO
-very very FRESH (the toner makes your skin really fresh and nice! I would recommend it for oily skin NOT dry skin)
-the Daily Renewal Essence really takes care of the acne.

CON
-for me, the toner was too fresh and because the trial kit didn't come with the moisturizer, it made my skin super dry.

Overall I really like the Daily Renewal Essence because it actually gets rid of my acne after a couple of days and it makes the healing fast! Really like that! The toner and the moisturizer is OK...but I still like my Albion more!

トライアルキットの方がもっとたくさん量があるけど、サンプルキットで十分だと思います(タダだし）。サンプルキットには保温クリームも入ってるから、こっちの方が好きかも。化粧水だけだと、肌がつっぱる！

一番いいのは美容液！これはマジ神！ニキビにつけると次の日にはだいたニキビが小さくなってる！本体だと３０００円ぐらいするけど・・・欲しいなｗ　でもやっぱり化粧水とクリームはアルビオンの方が好き！

I don't even know what this is anymore. So I'm not going to be posting anymore diet posts because it's not really making progress :*( So sorry for my lack of diet behavior :) However, I will keep on doing my diet and might report back in a month or so...

Meat-Packing

Exhausted from today's adventures! PHEW! I'm wiped...

And yes, today was my first day at H&M...but it turned out to be a false alarm and just another information session. Next time, it's for real :)

I couldn't go home empty handed so I snagged the jacket that was in my Wanted! list for a while :) I was gonna buy the shoes and the blouse but they didn't have it in my size...shit.

And you know what? It was better than I've expected :D I am in love with it!

After that I went to Gotanda to eat out with my family!

Beginning

Tomorrow's the big day: my first day on the job at H&M

Yes, I'm definately nervous. So nervous that I probably will be watching 10 episodes of Desperate Housewives before I can fall asleep tonight. Why am I nervous? Because it's a mega retailer and a dream job. I'm uber excited.scared.anxious at the same time.
I already double-checked what I am going to take and arranged my outfit and cleaned out my room and closet spotless for some reason. I AM READY.
The first day on the job has definately taken a side turn because of the earthquake, tsunamis, electricity problems but I am hoping that I am going to have a good first impression. First impression=EVERYTHING!

Hope to report back here tomorrow with a smile on my face :) Wish me luck x

And PS. While I am in my nervous state and not being able to really appreciate Japanese seasons as of right now, feel free to ooh and ahh at the cherry blossoms/sakura I spotted blooming this afternoon.

I thought it was AMAZING and really heartwarming that even through tough times in Japan, the fashion industry is there to lend a helping hand. And I thought it would be great to give a big shout out to just a few:

Mega retailer, Forever21, is donating all (and I mean 100%) of it's online sales to support the Japanese victims of the tsunamis and earthquake.

H&M has also donated 100,000 clothes/garments to the victims!

RIP

I would just like to show my respects for Elizabeth Taylor. She was truly a legendary fashion icon and actress. It breaks my heart to see her go. She will always stay in our hearts and I send my deepest condolences to her family. Rest in peace Ms. Taylor.

City Life

I crashed at a friend's place in Akasaka. The guest room was absolutely stunning! Really!

赤坂の友達の家に泊まりに行ってきちゃった！ゲストルームはステキで、さすが赤坂って感じ！

I really liked the contrast between the white apple and my red Lanvin x H&M earrings.

なんか白い林檎とイヤリングのコントラストが綺麗だったからつい・・・ｗ

Next morning, we hit it off with some pancakes and omlettes @ Eggs n' Things in Omotesando! The line was just so long...we waited at least an hour before we could take our seats.
