OPI Tazmanian Devil Made Me Do It (NLA44)

I found this in my room a few months ago and I could never open it! It was like completely stuck and it actually took me forever to open this! Something that was really odd was that this color used to be a bit more lighter...like a more cherry reddish color but now it's like...RED RED...I don't know if that made any sense but I still like this red :) and tomorrow I do have classes in the morning but I am heading over to Shinjuku afterwards to go to the Topshop London Fashion Week event! Wish me luck!

Hey everyone! It was such a nice weather outside today that I had to wear something a little spring/summer-ish! Like I literally didn't need a coat today! Spring has finally arrived in Japan! 

Wanted!

I was originally going to do a preppy style look that I was rocking today but I was so exhausted from coming back from my classes in driving school...I completely forgot to take a photo of myself and when I had my makeup off and everything, I realized my mistake! Shame on me :( I thought I looked really nice today...maybe next time...

So I was thinking of doing my Wanted! list (continued) from Topshop!

I love Topshop! There are like I think 4? Topshop stores in Japan and from where I live, Yokohama (Minatomirai) is the closest but the bad part is, it's SOOO small. Honestly! Like I've been to Topshop in SoHo and it is like pretty huge! And if I want to go to a big Topshop store, I probably would go to the one in Harajuku (Omotesando) but it is quite far...and not to mention the fact that recently! there is a new Topshop store in Shinjuku! And its totally fab! Topshop's makeup line is finally in stores (although it is limited to the Shinuku Flagship store) so now I want to go to Shinjuku as well....but with classes and everything...its been so hectic I don't have time...

I'm actually super interested in their makeup line especially the limited edition Sandstorm collection! Looks great!

And I just found out that they also have brushes! I didn't know Topshop sells brushes! I'm VERY VERY interested! Hope they have it in stores in Shinjuku :S There are also concealers and powder but I have acne-prone skin and I am really sensitive. So I'm a little skeptical about their skin products.

I also want brogues! I am in love with them right now! For driving, I need to wear like flat shoes so I've been wearing my beige/tan brogues from Madewell! I love 'em! But they have been kind of getting dirty lately and I'm thinking of expanding my brogue collection!

Mmh! and just browsing through the Topshop website makes me want to buy their jewelry! Rings and bling bling!

OMG! I love the Unique line! It kind of reminds me of like a African princess! Amazoness, Powerful, and Fierce! However, it's a little too dramatic for me...but I do like the sunglasses! Very original! I want the Gold Winged Side Small Round Sunglasses by Unique (sorry no picture available)!

Clothing I am not super into right now...Topshop has like uber amount of clothes and it's so hard to find what's on the website in stores. So I would report back to you guys later when I actually go to stores! xxx

OMFG I have been going to Rakuten.co.jp every single day waiting for these to come back in stock! And I just got them like a few minutes ago and I just HAD to tell somebody!!!

Navajo

This whole navajo fashion is really hitting me with a storm! I love the look! For the summer, I'm going to be the Japanese-navajo! Really big patterns, color, BAM BAM BAM! Awesome! I think it's great that just the whole navajo look really covers all the fashion trends this season with bold colors and patterns!

And I know just the perfect shorts that I want from Crisp!

A Happy Meal

I don't know if this is worldwide but the McDonald's in Japan is doing this Big America campaign(?)! The thing is, each month, they've been coming up with a new burger theme based on the places in the US. A little while ago, they had the Texas Burger and now the new one is the Miami Burger! I don't know if you know this but I am a huge McDonald's lover! Forget about carbs or cholestrol and all that jazz! FAT FAT FAT FAT! Gotta love it! and I always have a coke (not diet!) with it and the fries (mmmhh the FRIES!) are amazing! I have watched Supersize Me (a documentary about how McDonald's is bad for you! Great movie though!) but I can't help myself :) YUM! But I don't have it that often...just once a month (or longer)!

Wanted!

I am in love with Topshop, H&M, and Zara lately! I absolutely adore their clothes! I mean Japan has some really cheap clothing stores but if I go to one of these stores, I am 100% going to like something :) (too bad all the stores are kinda far away from my house...)

I have too much things I want so I'm going to start off with H&M :3

H&M

I am in love with their Spring Collection right now! So cute! I mean their main color theme (I think) seems to be beige/tan and blue! Very flowy and laid back which is just perfect for spring/summer!
H&M in Japan isn't like the stores in US because they are really concerned with the quality of the clothing and everything (I have never seen anything ripped or stained in stores) so I could definately count on the H&M here! (although it's a lot more expensive then the US)

I actually bought a top from H&M couple of days ago...

Unique

Sorry for the late update but I have been so busy with getting my driver's license (I didn't know driving cars would be so fun!)

And I have a huge announcement to make! I am officially a part-time sales girl at an apparel company :)
I am soo happy! This is like a big step for me to be a fashionista! YEAH!

And I just found about this today but Topshop in Harajuku is launching the Unique line! I want to go so badly ASAP but I have classes and I don't think I can make it anytime soon :(

The Collection looks absolutely fabulous! Love the sunglasses and the outfits are so gorgeous! The models look like glamorous Amazons. Very chic! I want to go to Harajuku so badly...boo hoo...

And you know what? There are so much summer outfits I want from Zara, Topshop, and H&M but I am running out of funds aka money :(

I think I'll make a list of my "Wanted" list! So heads up for that!

In the meantime, I saw Carolina Engman's blog (fashionsquad.com) and fell in love with the bag she got from Zara!

I love this bag! Very modern-esque and it would go with any outfit! I was thinking of getting the black one but the brown one is just as good! And the price is quite affordable but for me, it's a price that makes me stop and think if I should get this or not. But every Zara store I go to, the bag is scratched in some way and I'm sort of a perfectionist and so when I get a bag, I want it to be in perfect condition :( So I need to go to Omotesando :(

Camera Case

I'm sorry I cracked! Like I said, I went shopping with my mom and I just happened to find this VERY cute camera case and I just couldn't help myself!

It's so cute :) I've never seen anything similar to it in other stores and the color was the last one in stock so I just had to buy it (it was literally calling my name!) I bought it at a store called One's Terrace (never been to) and will definately become one of my fave stores! They also had little tweezers and eyebrow kits that were to die for! But i just couldn't buy it because I was already guilty as it is :( I don't even have a camera for godssake! (Note: I've been using my cellphone to take pics and then resize them at picnik.com)

Albion

Hey guys! I was a part-time assistant at a local variety shop and today was my last day! YEAHHH! So I was kind of in a shopping mood and I bought a few little things I'd like to share! Most of the products I buy are from Japan so sorry to all of you international peeps out there.

First off is from Albion. Albion is on the high-end kind and yes, I splurged. 

But I love their products :)

I couldn't help myself....I need a good toner and moisturizer for my acne-prone skin! And even though its a little expensive, I definately think it's worth the splurge! (I'm a student and spending about $100 on a facial product is a little tight for me) I actually believe that these guys made my skin a little clear! Although I hear people say that the toner is a little on the smelly side (I like it, however) One thing I don't like about the moisturizer is that when I finished using my last one, I opened the bottle to see if there would be a little more left. And inside the bottle, there was some sort of a plastic bag inside. I don't know how to explain it but the moisturizer wasn't in the bottle. It was inside a plastic bag and then inside a bottle. So I felt a little ripped-off...I feel that more moisturizer could be inside the bottle if it weren't for the plastic bag.

Both great products though, nontheless! The sales girl said that these only last 2 weeks but for me it last me a month and a half.

And finally, Mentholatum Medicated Lip Stick XD! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS! I tried a lot of different lip balm products like DHC, Neutrogena, and so on and so forth but this is IT! I always come back to this! It's cheap, moisturizes, and does the job! I highly recommend it! Love it! 200 yen ($2) and does everything that I love about a lip balm!

Vday

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Unlike most countries, in Japan, we ladies have to give love to the guys. Making chocolates, truffles, and any other fat sweets imaginable...and you may ask who am I giving for this holiday? See, this year I have an excuse! I was making brownies for my daddy and brother, but I chopped my finger in the process of cutting chocolates and yes, you can imagine all the blood...boo hoo. And to make matters worse, we ran out of Band-Aids and I had to curl tissue paper around my bleeding finger! Vday? Screw it! My finger hurts! It's okay though. I was the spoon licker while my mom made brownies! YUM.
So you can understand how I'm not really in the "holiday spirit" of things...So I felt a little lazy and laid back.
I found this cute cozy knitwear from Gelato Pique! When I was in store, they also had a blue and an orange! It was about 5000 yen (about $50) and I thought it was a steal! (Notice in the picture how my forefinger has a weird shape? The nail is like barely on my finger and so I'm trying not to hurt it or anything)

I am definately in search for the perfect platform heels and I believe I have finally come across the one I want. Introducing Jeffrey Campbell Lita! I know, all the fashion bloggers have been raving about it for a while but let's just say, I've caught up with them. Ah! I'm in love. I'm thinking of getting the taupe or the brown but decisions...decisions...But I just can't purchase them without giving it a second thought! I mean look at that monstrous height! I mean damn it will give my 156cm (157cm!) height an incredible boost but if you live in Japan like me, you would know that walking around the subway and the streets with these babies might be a bitch (not to mention the fact that the max. heel height that I can pull off is 9.5cm). And have I mentioned that my house is located on top of a hill! Ugh to the Japan's georgraphy! Do you have to be so bumpy?
